Step 1: Account Setup

This will redirect you to the claimant registration page.

After completing all the questions, you’ll reach a summary page where you can review and edit your responses if necessary. Once you’re satisfied, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next.” You’ll then be directed to an acknowledgement page—click to acknowledge and continue.

Step 7: Separation Fact-Finding

On the separation fact-finding page, you’ll need to check the provided link for any additional information required. Follow the instructions and provide all the necessary details.

Step 8: Confirmation

Upon completing the fact-finding, you’ll receive a confirmation page with a unique confirmation number. You also have the option to print the confirmation or return to the home page.
