Streamlined Claimant Registration Process
Once you are logged in to the Claimant Center, you must follow these steps:
- The claimant center dashboard is displayed, and the user can begin their new claimant registration by selecting the Complete Your New Claimant Registration hyperlink.
2. The new claimant online registration screen is then displayed. Once reviewed, click Next.
3. Enter the appropriate social security number and date of birth information, then click Next.
4. Enter personal details, including name, phone number, and ID. Note that you can change communication preferences under the Phone section. In the Driver’s License Number or State ID panel, you can indicate that you do not have a driver’s license number or state-issued ID.
5. Click Next to enter the address for the claim. If a more appropriate system address is available, it will show up as a suggested address. You can either select the system-generated address or use the address you entered. For this demo, we will select the system-generated address.
6. The summary screen allows the claimant to review their information before submitting. Once the review is complete, click Submit.
7. A confirmation screen will be displayed, indicating that the new claimant has been registered in the Claimant Center. From here, the claimant can proceed with their initial claim filing.
