Step 2: Submitting a new CT FMLA Complaint

Click on the link to submit a new CT FMLA Complaint. You will be redirected to the ct.gov website.

If you already have a ct.gov account, sign in. Otherwise, click on the “Sign Up Now” link to create a new account. Follow the instructions to set up your account and verify your information.

Step 3: Filing the CT FMLA Complaint

Click on the “Get Started” button to file a new complaint. Select the option that applies to your situation (filing for yourself or on behalf of another).

In the profile menu, you can manage your account, submit new appeals or complaints, view your submissions, and log out.
