The developer Diegofer19 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built this application as a service designed to be used as a child growth tracking tool.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable and biometric information (such as the child’s height, date of birth, and gender). This information is entered exclusively by the parent or legal guardian. The information that we request will be retained on your device and securely stored on our servers (managed through Google Firebase infrastructure) for the sole purpose of generating growth charts and pediatric estimates within the application.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This application is strictly designed to be used by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 13 years of age without adult supervision. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that a profile has been created without your consent, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions and remove such information from our servers.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We take clinical data privacy very seriously. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share the profiles or information of minors with third parties, advertising agencies, or marketing companies under any circumstances.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use Google Firebase for data storage, employing commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

The user has total and absolute control over the registered information. At any time, the parent or guardian can permanently delete individual measurement records or entire child profiles using the deletion buttons built directly into the application’s interface. Upon performing this action, the data is permanently erased from our Firebase database.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
