From here, you can commence your job search, update job contacts or input an offline job application.
Entering an Offline Job Application
To start, click on Enter an Offline Job Application.
Thereafter, you will need to fill out the necessary fields in each section of the offline job application form. Commence with the employer information. This includes the employer’s name, address, zip code, city and state. Fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory. Still, we advise that you complete all sections to the best of your knowledge. If uncertain about any information, such as the employer’s address, conduct an online search to verify.
In the contact information section, click on the small drop-down arrow next to initial contact method. Depending on how you contacted the employer, fill in the relevant information such as contact’s name and phone number.
In the job titles, and suggested occupation sections, type out the name of the position and select the best match from the drop-down menu. If no match is found, type in a keyword under the keyword search options, click search and select the closest output.
In the applicant information section, express your level of interest for the job and provide details of your interaction with the employer. Use the correct date format (MM/DD/YYYY) when filling out a date field. Add additional notes in the final section if necessary, then click save to successfully record the job application.
