When any correspondence is received, it can be viewed through the Claimant Portal in BEACON.
Log into BEACON. Enter the Username and Password.
Select the Correspondence main menu item:
From the Correspondence Search Screen, click the Search button to view all received correspondence. To narrow down search results, enter information into the search criteria fields.
BEACON displays the search results. Select the blue hyperlink to view the correspondence.
BEACON displays the selected correspondence. Use the document controls to zoom in or out while viewing the document. Select the download icon to download a copy to a personal computer or select the Print icon to print a hard copy.

Messages are sent to the Claimant Portal when there is a transaction related to the claim. Messages are system-generated and cannot be responded to.
Log into BEACON.
Unread messages display in the Alerts & Messages panel.
Select the link to navigate to the Messages screen.
The Unread Messages panel displays unread messages.
Select the message hyperlink to display the message and view the message.
Select the Close button to close the message.
