Welcome to Claimant Self Service. To create a new account, click on the new user registration button.

Go to: Claimant Self-Service link:
Click on the “New User Registration”.
Login Details and Personal Information
Enter your email address. Retype tour email address to confirm. Create a password. An information box will appear to provide the password requirements. Retype your pasword to confirm.
Select the security question and enter the answer. Under personal information, you must enter your first name, last name, social security number, retype your social security number and your date of birth.
Once all of the information has been entered, click on create account:
Take a moment to verify the information you entered is correct. If you need to correct any information, click the Edit button and make your changes. Click on “Confirm Account”.

It is important you become familiar with this information. Once you have read through the User Agreement, click the “I Agree” button to complete the registration process.
You now need to confirm your email address. The system sent an email to the address you provided. Open your email and click on the link provided to connect to the uplink claim and self-service logon screen. The email may take up to 10 minutes to live. The link will remain active for one hour.
Sign in – Claimant Self Service
Once you click on the email, you will be brought to the logon screen. Enter your email and password and click “Sign In”.
Contact Information
Under the contact information enter your primary phone, an alternate number if one is available and your email adress.
Under the address details provide your mailing address, city, state and zip code. Click on Next.
This box may appear there. Post office needs the four-digit extension on the zip code. Select the validated address and click “Select”.
There may be times you will need to visit a work when office. Please select your city. Select Next.
Demographic information
The next section is your demographic information. This includes your education level, ethnicity race and gender. You will also be asked if you are disabled a veteran and a citizen. If you are not a citizen, please provide your alien registration number and expiration date. Answer the last question and click “Next”.
Read the protecting your identidy box and click “Continue”.
Answer all of the Yes or No questions and the enter your personal information including your 10 digit driver´s license number. Confirm your driver´s license number. Complete the remaining information and click the box affirming the information. Click “Next”.
Click the “I understand. Continue” button.
The next screen will be your Claimant Homepage and your registration is complete. If you have any further questions please contact us in the section comment.
